About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and insightful problem solver to be a key member of the Sales Operations PMO team. This is a high-impact and high visibility role, with exciting cross functional priorities and demands. You will be responsible for owning the planning and implementation of the most pivotal initiatives in GTM as well as bringing strategic plans into definable projects and executing them with cross-functional partners. In this position, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Business Applications, Biz-Ops, Product and Finance personnel to lead strategic initiatives and ensure clear alignment of project goals and outcomes. The role will report to Senior leadership in Sales Operations.
We're looking for someone who will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven, project management experience, as well as communication skills, to work across the organization.
Compensation: $88,200 - $165,200

cities (including our Ohio office, Nevada, etc)

What You'll Do
Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate these needs into work plans
Analyzing data, including risks, and prioritization to advise project direction. Providing reports and project outlines to Executives
Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's goals
Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes
Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting standards, adhering to deadlines, and meeting expectations
Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, revenue impact, and justification
Work on the development and implementation of standard methodologies across sales tools, technology, processes, and operations policies
Chief of Staff to SVP of GTM with responsibilities tied to driving key outcomes based on GTM leadership prioritization
