Needs improvement
Uhaul underpays their workers especially for all we do . Definitely could pay us more!!! Management depends on the store you work at . One plus is that they are flexible with scheduling

Poor company to work for
Initially it was great starting off and as time progressed the ability to transfer to transfer to other aspects of the company was never attainable. Poor leadership and if concerns were made we were told to never go past our manager. If we did we were scolded and reprimanded.
ProsWork from home. Good benefits.
ConsPoor pay increases and lack of leadership

Productive place to work at with fast advancements
Overall the work load is super self explanitory. It is easy to advance but there is a lot of computer testing to maximize your knowlege of uhaul. The work load iseasy and mamgeable and the people that work there always make you feel welcome and secure in you job.

Work From Home Horrible
I worked here for 5 months and never in my life have I been cussed out more. The customers are nasty especially if you work in Customer Service. Management is horrible too, and always seem to find flaws in everything you do, my manager was so annoying and evil that she fired 3 people and made two more quit. Do not work here.

Great place to work. Fast paced
Been with Uhaul 10 years. Just retired from there only because of my health issues. It was getting to be a struggle to do my job without being in pain. I'd go back in a heart beat!
ProsGood pay. Manager is good at scheduling when you only want to work
ConsLack of getting breaks or lunch due to being short staffed

Definitely would not work for them again.
Was a beautiful painted picture of a job. Staff was great, management was great, was looking at bonuses and raises. Time came to produce these promised raises and bonuses, and nothing was there. Underpaid, over worked, and always made to seem like your friends was asking for a huge favor (being asked to stay to close and come to open, bust out this extra work, etc etc).. I'd never suggest this place to a friend. Ridiculous really. Theres a book out there, about the family, check it out.
ProsBonuses and raises
ConsNot getting those bonuses and raises

They really don't care about you.
Bad pay for what is required. No full time opportunity. If you need temp part time and nothing else for minimum wage 7 days a week this is fine. No performance reviews or pay increases.
