Partner Resources Manager – Support Functions

We have an opportunity for a PRO (HR) Business Partner to join the team supporting our support team (corporate) functions – specific client group to be determined. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead talent and organizational priorities that drive engagement, build capability and fuel business growth.
As a partner resources manager, you will:
- Collaborate – Partner with PRO (HR) COE’s, cross- functional teams and your PRO (HR) BP peers to elevate culture, improve org health and drive partner engagement.
- Deliver – Lead the implementation of PRO (HR) programs and projects, including talent and succession planning discussions, org design and team effectiveness work streams and flexible work practices. Integrating inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility in all talent practices.
- Influence – Coach leaders to enhance their effectiveness as talent developers and advocates, embedding tools such as role & behavior expectations and development indicators into core practices and consulting on strategies to build high performing teams.
- Make data driven decisions – Support and coach leaders to use data from Org 360, Partner Experience Surveys and other quantitative and qualitative sources to develop strategies and initiatives that drive partner engagement, retention and improve org effectiveness
- Serve as an advocate – Be an approachable, unbiased resource for all levels and facilitate two-way dialogue. Actively coach leaders and partners using growth mindset principles.
We’d love to hear from people with:
- Six or more years of human resources experience
- Three or more years consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and recommended solutions
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced and changing environment
- Ability to coach and mentor individuals at all levels and consult with performance management situations
- Ability to facilitate groups and support small and large scale change management efforts
- Flexibility to meet the demands of supporting partners on different time zones including globally
- Willingness to seek to understand cultural nuances in other geographies to drive the business forward
