They would try to take money out of your check and blame it on a break you took.

The managers are fake and the entire work environment. As the managers fired good staff they also hired staff that never followed the proper shack standards!
● Culture
Shake Shack Third Ward should be shut down for not being clean & professional.
● Overall
Don’t even waste your time applying. The pay is nice but it isn’t worth being upset everyday. Crazy staff, managers & guests. I mean the first month into the job is fun until you realize that working there shower you how fake managers are.

Great environment to work at
I’m probably never going to forget about Shake shack and the Memories their. I had a very great and productive experience and I’m glad to have met the people I did.

Its an ok job
It Could be stressful at times however I made the best of it. I worked well with a lot if the team. And for the most oart thats why I became a manager.

Lots of ways to advance and get promoted
Everybody learns every station. I really liked this about Shake Shack because I love to learn and I like variety. No one day is the same as the day before.

It was a busy store I must admit fast pace environment when you come into th shake shack doors be prepared to work we get over 300-500 customers a day me dealing with the cashier to training employees

Not what you think
After Spending two and a half years with the company starting as a team member, the company sucks. You aren’t considered as an adult with respect but as a child stuck in class. The management lacked experience in leadership. The lack of communication is clear through the operation. As a Cross Trainer with experience I consistently undermined and lacked the confidence in management to get things done.

Average but excellent
Nothing really good or bad to say about it. I miss it sometimes, and do enjoy visiting. I was told sometime in the near future I could possibly come back, but that ship has sailed.

Shake shack is a great company to work for they are about the people. The are a lot of advanced opportunities with shake shack . The have a good work life balance.

Overall to me Shake Shack is a great place to work. The atmosphere is very welcoming,the employees are nothing less than polite, and the customer service is always 10/10.

I will take efforts to know about my work. Further I will observe that what kind of processes come under my work. I will match myself with the existing atmosphere I will learn different activities in this way I can get the perfect out line of my work. It will help me to do my work perfectly.
Managing all divisions of the restaurant from inventory to quality and from team building etc
