There was never a dull day of work. We were always on the go. Different job sites different days. They encourage great team work. Great benefits great pay.

Management is not very considerate of employees
The people I worked with were great for the most part. The owners of the company were not very nice. They always talk down to the employees and treat them like children.

we went to all type of big homes and took a lot of wall and floors very easy and fun to do most of the time it took days to get the work done but it was worth the time doing it.

Unprofessional
Management was completely unprofessional and belittling. Hiring friends and family that talk negatively about other workers to owner. Special treatment for friends. No guidance, support or direction. Unorganized, using unlicensed products not company products. Managed cuts corners and blames workers in front of customers.

Fun place to work, co workers were like family (old owners)
I worked there when the previous owners owned it and they always treated everyone like family. I heard that the new owners are not like that and there is only 1 person left working there from the old staff. That's too bad. I believe the old owners were forced to sell as the new owners come from the "founders family". Its too bad. I loved working there. It was as if it wasn't working at all coming to work. The job could be challenging at times, but rebuilding someones home and putting it back together after their crisis always brought a smile to my face.

Horrible company, treats employees unfairly. Quality of workmanship is the lowest standards I have ever seen in a company. No structure, no guidance and just no quality managers
