Service master
The work environment was very chill and nice to work at and with. We have traveled out of Fairbanks to anchorage, Denali, Healy, nenana, and wasilla to do work.

Never knew if I was going to work
Not much good I can say about the company. But trying to work for them was more stressful than I've ever had never knew when and if I was going to work never had a set schedule never had phone calls returned to me or no communication whatsoever about the next day's work I waited all day to find out if you were going to work or not not professional at all
ProsNone
ConsNo respect or communication for employees

Not organized enough and bad leadership and favoritism
It was nice when i first started but once I started seeing everything and realizing how bad the leadership was and the hiring manager hires bad employees who doesn't stick but i never missed a shift and still wasn't getting hours like everyone else so i started to become less interested and I worked there for about 3 months.

N/A - I would like to leave this section blank. I think sometimes upper management makes decisions without asking the employee how they feel or how it will affect people.

Great team to work with but a few bad applesninnthe bunch.
This is a solid company that has been in business for 20 plus years with a strong marketing team. Management is fair but their is an underlying factor of favortism.

Job itself was overall beneficial
Job itself was overall beneficial, learned to estimate, customer service, hardest part was dealing with the pressure and being department that I was a part of was always on call.

Site is harsh environment must always wear PPE's, FMI personnel are hostile.
Engaging FMI personnel everyday during tool box meeting. Meeting their superiors and hearing their concerns. Manage my anger. Management is supportive of FMI's endeavor. FMI personnel was absorbed from previous service provider and is very hostile towards FMI. Hardest part of the job is engaging FMI personnel on site, can't react negatively due to remoteness of site from City and personnel are mostly living within the vicinity. Enjoyable part is solving one's administrative related problem and then becoming his friend.
Prosjust being employed
Consget to see rural sites, environment is cleaner (outside cement plant)
