A 4th grade elementary class
To promote learning by treating each student as individuals with unique needs that are relevant and paramount to their lives and family environments. Basic needs must be met before any other needs, or learning can occur. Each school has to operate in a specific community, and the students that both the administrators and teachers are present to serve must be acknowledged, accepted and respected.

El laborar en la SEP me ha brindado satisfacciónes tanto anímicas como económicas. Sin embargo me ha afectado demasiado la distancia ya que no me permite realizar un cambio o permuta al estado de México.

Trabajar en esa escuela fue muy bueno aprendi mucho y con mis compañeros hicimos un gran equipo de trabajo
Buen trabajo buenos compañeros de trabajo trabajar en equipo fue algo bueno el mantener limpia la escuela consistía en : lavar los baños con cloro jabón fabuloso poner papel sanitario, jabón y papel en los lavados. Limpiar salones recoger material limpiar vidrios limpiar pisos. Limpiar oficinas y los patios y áreas comunes.

Good lace to work, there is a good working environment with most of the teachers and administrative staff. The preparation for the teachers is too little to attack the educational need.

Fueron 2 exámenes el psicométrico que era algo extenso, confuso y de hecho era la clave para permitirte entrar, una vez pasado teníamos derecho a presentar el de conocimientos generales.
