Assist in miscellaneous accounting processes and procedures. 2+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance. High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsible for following established procedures and performs detailed accounting assignments requiring a basic knowledge of accounting theory and principles.

Must have a solid understanding of general ledger concepts & accounting principles. Bachelor's/Associate degree in accounting, finance, or similar.

Assist with the vendor invoice process: Review and obtain approvals on vendor invoices. Record all vendor invoice activity.

The primary focus of this position will be to assist with and ensure a smooth accounting transition for all new NVA acquisitions.

You ARE the right hand and support person for general accounting related to AP, AR, collections, banking, & customer service.

Be responsible for completing journal entries, reconciliations, audit activities and other miscellaneous accounting functions. Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.

Minimum 2 years accounting experience. The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for contributing to all aspects of the day-to-day accounting operations.

Assist in month end accounting close process. Involvement in various accounting projects as directed by management. Learn and support AR and AP functions.
