They paid me well but the toxic environment contributed to mental health issues.
I liked working here in the beginning. Then the environment soured. Turn over of management, lack of communication, toxic office environment and no clear direction. I was promoted to senior project manager then to Director of Construction within one calendar year. Then they hired another director of construction for me to report to without any communication as to why. When COVID hit they let me go although I had seniority over a project manager they just hired months before. Again no communication as to why.

It was good. The managers were all helpful in showing the jump rope and how they can help you. It was definitely an experience I needed in the retail department

Nice, Clean, and productive company to work for.
I enjoyed working at Rainbow. Ms.Lisa, my manager during my employment, developed a really good work related friendship. Unfortunately, I has to resign because I was not able to get the amount of hours and pay rate i needed to take care of my finacial responsibilities and my daughter and I.

Experienced alot here
a day here was helping any and all customers who came through the doors. There was so much I learned here I list count of them all. If I were to name some I learned about customer service, merchandising, and how to be a cashier. The manager here is awesome and I hope to find another like her. Co-workers were awesome and we grew to be like family and worked as one team. The hardest part I would say would be that no matter what happened, the customer was always right. The most enjoyable part of the job for me was satisfying a customers needs and being a shoe coordinator and cashier

Easy job
All of the tasks are easy. Makes it hard to quit when you know work would be harder in any other WH. Terrible communication between management/HR and employees. Union also has terrible communication with the workers they represent.
ProsLots of overtime on holidays, very lenient HR (sometimes)
ConsOvertime is mandatory and they will threaten your job over it, After holiday rush expect hours to be cut

Productive work place
I worked as an sales associate. I learned to work the register, put back all of the clothing that a customer placed on the racks after trying on. Also to check inventory every three months. Co- workers were great, also had very great managers there were a total of four. The hardest part of the job was inventory if our store was to get ranked very badly that could have caused everyone out of a job, including managers also. For example, if so many items were stolen from the store than an average rate everyone could lose their job. The enjoyable part of the job was freight I loved doing freight it kept the day going, and myself busy at all times. Also the customers were great.
Proslove staying busy.
Consnot enough hours, favoritism was giving to a certain manager.

I had over 40 hours of sick time they never gave it to me it was nothing but lazy mangers on duty mean to customers to employees not going buy the employees handbook

they only care for business not the workers
the regional manager is an a**hole wanted me gone because I came in on my day off and cover a shift and when he saw me for the first time he said I looked disgusting. district manager only wanted the business to go up but wouldn't give raise.
