Great
I absolutely loved working for this company, management was fantastic, they worked with my availability. This job helped me tremendously with my communication skills and helped me get outside of my comfort zone.

Better for CSRs and Higher level Managers
As a CSR the pay was fair and better than most gas stations. The atmosphere was friendly and though busy everyone worked together to get things done. As an Entry level Assistant manager you are given little to no flexibility in schedule, no help during your shift, zero breaks and all the responsibility of getting the store back to 100% while still being expected to assist customers. Stocking, receiving orders, helping to make orders, cleaning all the equipment, and preparing food so that it is available to customers at all times. If there was help/other employees on night shift aside from just you working alone as an Assistant Manager and breaks (paid or unpaid) I never would have left.

Training and Development
QuikTrip had very good policies and procedures and allowed employee input into changing any policy that might need changing. The work/ life balance for a store manager is very tough and should be considered when getting to that level.

All about work. Have to get things done no excuses. Fast paced
Its an alright place to work if you dont mind lots of stress and dont mind not having a social life. Upper managment is nice until you start taking time off which is your prerogative.

Hate it
Everyone and their mother works there so god forbid you step on your manager’s cousins or sisters toes. The pay should definitely be at least 15 an hour. But it’s a measly 10.99

Excellent Company with lots of advancement opportunities
Job is great, work environment is calm and cool, pay is fair, and there are always opportunities to move up. They take care of their employees y giving us full benefits, and also 401k and stock.

Great place to work, all management and employees are wonderful, they really try to work with your availability. Their benefits are amazing and the opportunity for advancement are up to the individual.

I love this job have been working for about two years every time I go back to Fort worth, they have Flexible hours, you get paid weekly, tuition reimbursement, as well as they pay you for A's and is a positive work environment.

Productive and sometimes a fun place to work.
Most of the time, there is always work to be done. You may work in the kitchen for part of the day and on the sales floor the remainder of your shift. The environment that you will be working in is fast paced and will force you to be able to think quickly on your toes.
ProsIf part-time, the company is very flexible with your school schedule and other job schedules.
ConsLittle to no breaks and may work with people who do not do very much work.
