high turnover for company. no matter where they stuck you most of the time you did not get a decent pay unless you where working severe amounts of over time. the office was cramped, and noisy. they did not value many of the employee's. there was no chance for advancement
This place has a bully culture, with my immediate boss as one of the worst, litterally choosing thuggy bully types that used physical harassment to enforce her whims, outside of her actual authority, like some wannabe mob boss. Normally, that can't happen within a company, if a company even slightly responds to harrassment reports. But qualfon doesn't.
ProsNone
ConsBullies, harrassment, abuses of authority.

Good company
Went through 11 weeks of training which was okay but it's cramming everything in, making me feel under pressure and stressed to learn everything before getting on the phones.

Let me tell you...
it is contract so it litteraly only last 2 mons or so until they no longer need u to fulfil their service levels It started off OK with WFH and training but it then became clear that this was a bad choice. So to start training is only 2 weeks in that 2 weeks you litteraly learn NOTHING that basically have to do with what your actual role is and the first week was basically nonsense modules and waiting for wveeyone to receieve their equiptment half the class was training on there cellphone smh. We didnt even get to touch the system we work out of until the first day ON PRODUCTION! When you get to production your basically thrown to the wolves i had absolutley NO CLUE what to do my first day as did everyone else in my class and since its WFH we have to communicate through skype or email and i recieved an email saying “go live” when i was reaching out for help the first day. You basically train yourself , and for the pay you recieve (extremely low), this job is NOT worth it. Some of The customers are very sweet because you work with the elderly population for medicare. As far as scheduleling goes, apparently they can keep switching your schedule with no regard to you or your personal life, we all receieved an email ON FRIDAY saying “lookout for new schedules that start on MONDAY” mind you these schedules have MANDATORY OT added into them so your working from lets say 8am to 9pm with a 30 min lunch everyday aint no way! The management is VERY disorganized, unprofessional and sl

Relaxed environment
Definitely a relaxed environment to work in; you have to be careful as attendance policy is strict to the T! Nice place to start off if you've never worked in a call center.

Excellent Company
Center Partners is an excellent company for a beginning to intermediate computer user to become proficient with using computers and different software. The only thing you have to do is pass a very simple computer test.

Generally satisfied with the company
The work was easy and the management made sure that we were all well trained. I was periodically given an update on my calls and was given constructive criticism based on things they thought I could do better. The work environment was not something I could go back to. There was a lot of employee relations going on at work and outside of work and I found it inappropriate. The hardest part of the job for me was making sure that I stayed focused while the people around me were goofing off. And my favorite part of the job was making sure that every customer I spoke to was happy and satisfied with our phone call and the services that I assisted them with. I made sure that they had all their worries and questions taken care of in a way that makes them feel good.
ProsLaid back, fast paced, individual work, good benifits
Constoxic work environment, high turn over rate, not many advancement opportunities
Good place to work with responsible management, but...
The workload depends on the client you will be working for. I suggest transferring to a campaign outside of insurance the moment you get a chance. The customers in the insurance clientele are horrible to work with and technologically illiterate, and the moment you give them bad news, they'll blow up in your face.
Also, I suggest trying your best to solve someone's problem without transferring, because if you have to transfer them, the problem will probably not get solved

productive and informative
> A typical day at work is fun and productive specially when talking and having conversation with the customer.
> I learned a lot in dealing with other people of other country cause our customers are Americans.
> The management is quite strict specially when it comes to confidentiality.
> I had a great and fun working relationship with my co- workers, we always have team building that strengthen our bonds.
> The hardest part is during peak season, cause there were high volume of calls to answer but somehow i used to manage every calls so it won't be complicated to the customers at all.
> The enjoyable part is when we have extra curricular activities on the floor that served as a stress reliever specially during peak season.
