Bad even for a CRO
There was so much turnover even in management, which caused confusion and unnecessary work. I had three different managers in 6 months. Guidance and experience level between managers varied greatly.

Learned a lot but very rough culture
It all depends on your line manager. Some are great others are not. You may learn but there was no freedom to express your opinions or views or even free to ask a question after a meeting, It all depends on the manager/director you report to.

Great working environment... The managements are wonderful and they do reasonable things to help out their employee.

Stressful
Contract people aren't treated well or valued. Managers are stressed with high turnover. Time clock is strictly adhered to since they installed a fingerprint checkin system.

Small Business Controls Group team, continuous feedback with advice, guidance, and appreciation. Director and senior manager were good mentors and teachers.
Good amount of autonomy and improvement focused. Exposure to international and telecommunication.
Cyclical in work load, Q1 is busy season with ad-hoc season following for roughly two quarters. Highly knowledgeable and experienced individuals to learn from and from adjacent dept like FP&A, tax, and financial reporting, more CPA's than not.

I was able to work grow my career there for 7 years
In general, i felt that it was a good company to work for until it ran into financial problems and cost cutting measure kicked in, which took precedence over all other factors that went into top management decision making.
