It felt like I was working with my favorite Relative. Good relationships developed
I really enjoyed working with the majority of the people in my department and within the company. Many of them were very friendly and willing to assist you when asked. Overall, Novo Nordisk was a very challenging but nice place to work. Benefits were very good as well. You can also learn alot in the company.

Team work collaborative environment and patient focused. Global company practicing Agile methodology in delivering business value to clients. Most employees are working for 5-20 years. Very good benefits and work family life balance. It is the best place I ever worked for

Excellent place to work
I had a very fulfilling career at Novo Nordisk, however, the shift in Executive Leadership pushed me to search for external opportunities, which resulted in me leaving the organization. The people, managers and culture made it a great place to work, however, the entire workforce has since been turned over. I cannot speak to present day culture, etc.

Not a place to think
It is a good old boy work environment not allowed to think or your give you opportunity to add to a conversation it’s all one direction talking . Manager hired friends so he could collect incentive pays for his friends. And put them in charge of lines over people that had more experience and knowledge

Great place to work. Modern and evolving. Co-workers are experts at what they do and very easy to get along with. Overall, a true pleasure to work for a great company.

Great Run
I learned a great deal at NN and I will be forever grateful. They in turn got my 200% all in effort. This is a fabulous place to work, especially for young adults coming out of college. The products truly help patients and healthcare professionals - several of them are life-saving products.

No work life balance. Project timelines are unrealistic. Management expectation not in line with market. Patient care not top of mind vs profitability

Decline in company culture
10 years ago the company had a great culture. Not so much now. Once a great company but have lost their way.... I wish they could work to help the patient. They have lost their mission for the patient.

Tha patients are the center of Novo Nordisk drive. A typical day will allow you to really offer patients the resources and products to improve their lives. The hardest part of the job is to help doctors deal with all medical formulary plans. knowing that patients will benefits from the products makes the job very rewarding.
