Great company
Easy work, flexible hours, great coworkers. Most times you work from home but sometimes you must go on site at to the doctor's office. That is the only con of the job.

Northwell is a great place to work. The work/life balance is excellent and the benefits are exceptional. Senior leadership really makes an effort to invest in the health of their employees.

Large company so opportunity to grow even if strategic
Worked at Northwell for 8.5 years and had 4 progressive roles. With the company being so large, you can still grow even despite nepotism, if you're strategic enough. Culture can be a mixed bag, where Northwell has a strong brand identity and dies very well from a PR/Employee engagement perspective, but at the end of the day it's who you work for and with is what impacts the employee the most. Little accountability for management and HR are just lackeys for them with no political protection for employees. So depending on who you work for/with Northwell can be an amazing place or a terrible place to work. I've had both...

Best job I ever had ! Always treated fairly and with respect. Any issues were resolved quickly. All personnel professional and had a sense of family

Company does not offer a competitive salary compared to other hospitals in the area.
I had an amazing manager. She had a positive energy and made the work environment enjoyable. I learned a lot from her. I also had amazing hardworking coworkers !!!

Northwell Health is a very professional and excellent place to work. I enjoyed the employees and staff and we worked together collaboratively to accomplish the mission.
