It is very good way as we can help people and feel like we are social workers too. NHM helps people and its aim is to make Rural India disease free or atleat reduce diseases. It has reduced mortility rate. It reduced the cases dangerous diseases like Polio, Measles, Malnutrition, etc. What I would liek to say is NHM is a good place for work and one of the best way to serve our country

Team work and Smart Work
Management in hingoli district is very good because that time district collector and CEO are very good because they focuses on health activities and they taken review after 15 days of all blocks in a district . I Learned that time from my officers time management concept and how to do work hard as well as smart work .And also i learned how to organize functions , how to advertise health activities and promotions in our district. work place is very general not like as corporate office. The Hardest part of the job is that is all health related work was done through contractual employees and regular employee's are free from work culture . The Most enjoyable part of the job, we launched a big campaign "BETI BACCHOO ABHIYAAN" for one year continuously in all blocks and big population villages in a district.and after that our campaign is famous in all state. Second enjoyable part of the job is that in the year 2012-13 we launched another big campaign " kHUPOSHAN MUKTA ZHILLHA" and we run such campaign a very successful manner.

Fun to work like family, very supportive.
Its hard Work, require lots of patients, commitment, review, excercise before field visit or any kind of approach to family, villages, comunity, block for presentation or discussion related to any upliftment and draw back of our mission to FW. Providing full support and awareness about the mission back by the Govt. for the benefits of all rural and underpriviledge people. During my tenure in NRHM, i have overcome all my weakness, shortscome lacking in my capability, builded confidence how to approach and intereact with the common people keeping in mind about their religion, caste, community and their culture, Every day is a new day, learnt push one step further to our knowledge, practically placing it to ground level to accomplish our goals.

Challenging workplace
National rural health mission is one of the government of India initiative taken in 2005 but still it is resource limited and I have to make use of whatever resources available and show maximum output of that. It is a very challenging situation but it is extremely good place for people who wants to gain knowledge of government sector and that was my motive of joining the position.
