This company will use you up and shows mo appreciation.National Express is laying off all the CSR with a 60 day notice.
National Express has given us our 60 day notice and nothing else. National Express doesn't care about there employees and they treat us as such. Upper management DON'T even speak to us when they enter the room and you get an unwelcome feeling.

To much drama
Lots to talk about but primarily no Job security.
Culture here is hire then fire.
You can ask for training multiple times and not receive any.
Hardest part is staying on task, not impossible but hard.
Lots to do days go fast.
Very unprofessional practices at this location.
ProsHours if you want them your always busy
ConsArgumetive and plotting against everyone. No training on routes for dispatch

Small company with big dreams
The small organization continuously tried to be better, not always succeeding. The culture was okay, a lot of negative from previous employees / structure. I hope the organization does well. Good people.

Productive
Poor workplace culture. Management was in need of improvements. Typical day at work was the same as any other company. The other employees were the enjoyment of the job.

Very fun and fulfilling.
I loved my job working with DD folks. They become my family and it never really felt like going to a job. And our company was first-rate when it came to safety, performance and customer satisfaction. My temporary Manager's job was challenging and gave me the opportunity to sharpen my office skills.

Productive with safety as the main focus for staff and the general public
Typical work day consist of ensuring drivers and monitors leave the bus yard on time to make on time arrival to their clients and oversee drivers conducting pre-trips to ensure they are in a safe working vehicle transporting their clients
I have learned management skills, human resources and given the tools needed to conduct trainings and staff meetings.
Comfortable work environment.
Hardest part of the job is minimizing the amount of preventable accidents by changing the way drivers think.
ProsFlexibility in work schedules
ConsHealthcare benefits, No break time, Pay raises/bonuses
3.0
Management personnel mismanagement.
Unfair management, favoritism, lacks on rules implementation, some safety issues are not given proper attention on time, training not rigid nor complete on instrumentation’s, some have serious violations again and again but never reprimanded and a racial divide .
