Fun and Exciting, New Opportunities Regularly
Lots of project and program exposure. Safety focused almost too risk adverse to the point you wonder how anything gets done. Gone are the days where it was ok for a man to raise his hand, strap into a rocket chair on railroad tracks and break the sound barrier in the name of science knowing the cost could be human life. All in the pursuit of knowledge.

It’s nasa
NASA is wonderful but you MUST know the right people and pick your battles wisely or you can be threatened (in not so many words) to be replaced. Certain contractors employed by NASA are only in it for their bottom line not the contractee. Do your research on the contractors.

Had an awesome experience working within a team and consulting with other collaborating organizations and teams to research and ask questions in order to frame and create the most useful product for decision makers working in the field to combat climate change and other risks to planetary viability.

What I enjoyed most about working at NASA is their work-life balance and how much your colleagues care about you. It feels like the team is all working together towards a common goal to help human kind advance.

Family atmosphere and team environment. I have been here for 2 years and I love it. This is simply an amazing mission and an even more amazing team.

I was a contract worker, and was laid off as part of economic cutbacks. The work atmosphere was good, I enjoyed the job and my colleagues. I would not recommend the contracting company.

Productive and Informative environment
The most enjoyable part of the job was to coach the supervisors on how to move forward with certain day to day projects and assignments. Management team was excellent. Workplace culture was stress free.

Got to be in the "click", doesn't matter your skill level or work ethics, worked there 18 years and nobody looked out for the good hard working employees, a company who cares for there employees is a lie, they care about making a profit, not a culture of caring
