My start in Pharma!
Loved working at Mylan. Was in specialty sales and truly enjoyed working here. Was in management development plan. Things were perfect until the whole division was downsized in 2005.

They provide a safe and cost friendly product to the community and world. The company is Global and have a fast verity products, from tablets, capsules, extended release, patches, ointments, injectables products.

Cut throat and overworked.
The benefits package is phenomenal. However the work environment is toxic at times. It seemed everyone was out to point the finger at someone else. Management expects employees to work the job of three people.
If you have no family and outside life, then you will thrive at this company.

The company is very competitive and very inclusive of everyone. We work long hours and feel like we are helping people each and every day. Our company takes compliance very serious.

Great people and challenging environment.
A typical work day would be 8 to 9 hours. Each day brought new issues to resolve. The culture was professional but relaxed. On some days, it was hard to get a concrete path forward. I loved the people I worked with daily.
