Could improve work culture!
Ok work environment but not so great management. Could improve work culture! The benefits of scheduling is great! And job security as in having the job even if your not always able to be there!

professional environment , office filed with nice loving caring people which makes the work place even better ,you get your own desks to work by youself

Intresting place to work
Had a nice team environment as everyone in the group worked well. People were friendly and the work life balance was nice. The projects were very interesting.

Hostile and high pressured environment not conducive to the desire to remain working there for long
It was a very high pressured environment. You were on the phones all day long and had to ask permission to use the bathroom. When you wanted to take a day off although you had sick days, your job was in jeopardy by management. When you called in sick, the deputy director demanded a dr.'s note although you had sick days.

la manera facil de crecer y entender los manejos de produccion fue al lado de las personas ya capacitadas y con experiencia de calidad para yo asi aprender no solo la menera en que se trabaja, si no como se puede trabajar bien y aprovechar al maximo la hora de produccion como asi, la de descanso para poder estar vital y atento a cada labor del dia de produccion, [mi especialidad]- la llamo asi por que aprendi y soy, y me siento recepcionista.. fue mi primer pasopor el sector de pc, se desarrollar la cantidad de materiales que ingresen como asi recepcionarlos y darles mejor uso e comodidad para cualquier operario antes y despues de mi turno es algo que me gusta se sobre orden hubicacion y mejorar el espacio fisico sea para movimiento libre o transito de operarios y de sus maquinas . soy eficas y continuo de lo que ago me gusta superarme y poder demostrar que desde un operario hasta un jefe tienen buena ideas para mejorar la calidad y relacion laboral que a uno le dispongan
