Great Company. Upper Management needs to be reassessed. I do not wish to give further review of this company. Work culture was not conducive to my growth.

Recommend
Montefiore is a forward-thinking value-based medical center driven by innovation. I love working for the organization and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fast-paced environment with an interesting patient population.

I don't understand why I cannot move passed this page without providing information about a previous company. I would prefer not to answer this question and refer to my overall rating.

Love the job but their benefits in terms of days off and holidays were horrible and many staff members came to work sick.
It would have a wonderful program to work at but the job description did not fit with what one was hired to do as a manager of one program because one had to direct and manager 3 programs for the same salary with continuous promises of things getting better.

Busy Cardiac service
Great reliance on Physician Assitants with inadequate pay. Great team work despite somtimes heavy patient loads. Nurses are understaffed which put patients at risk.

Excellent company to work for
The most enjoyable part of the day is being able to put a smile on a patients and/or visitors face after assisting them with whatever issues come up. I truly do enjoy working their and providing excellent customer service to the people of the community.
