stressful
I could not say anything about this place at all I just would not go back and would not recommend it to anyone. The hours are long and underpaid. The house keepers were always yelled at.

Was a good job to learn
● Heavy telephone volume; sales, scheduling, complaints, customer service
● Listen to and assess the needs of the caller
● Provide information to prospective customers as well as existing customers
● Schedule and provide estimates to customers - via telephone and in the field

Every Day is a New Challenge!
A typical day at our office started with listening to voicemails customer left after-hours, checking emails and making any necessary changes to the schedule. Prepping all of our Teams with their paper work and tools they needed to be able to tackle their day. I learned how to expand on my social skills, everyone has a different personality and being able to handle each one is an accomplishment on its own! My manager always kept a positive attitude and we worked very closely on a day to day basis.
The most challenging part of my job was ensuring the satisfaction of each client we had. When a client calls, you have to show empathy be personable to whatever situation they may be going through.
My favorite part of my job was building a trust and relationship with everyone we took care of. I had many people who would call in just to specifically speak with me in regards to there home care. I was able to embrace my social skills and use them every day.

Not a very good environment
The pay is too low and the job requirements too high. it is better to work as a cleaner. sometimes they make more money cleaning than staying in the office.

productive workplace
A typical day at work would be cleaning four houses a day with a partner in different locations. What I learned from this job is how to clean thoroughly with different techniques. Management was very easygoing and stress free. Some of my co-workers were helpful and easy to get along with. The hardest part of the job was getting done with the house quickly. The most enjoyable part of the job was the positive feedback I would get on houses.

Good atmosphere
Micro managed so much that it's ridiculous. If you hire a manager you must let them manage, not have to be bossed around at every corner. No motivation

Great for mothers returning to work
After working in an office environment for years, I left to become a full time mother. After 10 years and a divorce I needed to regain my independence as my son was at school and all I could find was Molly Maids who gave me a job immediately.
I was finally in the workforce and earning my own money and not relying on benefits any more.
The money is not fantastic but we are cleaners, it comes as part of the package. Its hard physical work but quite enjoyable and fun if you let it be so.
You work in a team of two and have a route allocated to you with regular clients. If you become a Route Manager as I did, you get a company car which you can use personally as long as you declare.
You get your weekends, your evenings and all the bank holidays if you work full time and you get the Christmas period also through to new year plus 20 days holiday, again if you're full time. You are also pretty much left to your job most of the week except for handover once a week or if there is sick or holidays to cover.
Most days I am home for my boy when he gets home from school or we arrive at the same time. Occasionally its slightly later but never later than 5.
I've met some lovely people but my need is greater now
ProsCompany Car, Bank Holidays, Christmas, no weekend or evening work
ConsHard work, aches and pains, wages a little low
