Good company
Good company who really tries to help with work/life balance. Offers a lot of programs to assist with it. There is also an exercise room and cafeteria in the office.

Very fun place to work and you never have to worry about Lunch! Because there will be at least some to eat always
I left to continue my IT Degree, but Now I regretted because I should stay and could have done the online study. I am still looking forward to going back and join the Molina Family again because I love that job.

Great work life balance
Molina healthcare offers a great work/life balance. I am looking for employment outside of the company because room for advancement doesn't seem possible.

Productive and fun place to work.
Great company. Regular work hours etc. Decent hourly rate. Treated temp employees with respect. Cafeteria in building. Training was adequate for the position.

Great management
I enjoyed working here but in my region we lost or AHCA contract and we all had to find new jobs. I had a great team and enjoyed working in numerous counties.

Was ok
Job was ok. Management changed frequently from other companies that failed. Causing the failure of keeping it's contract with the state. It seemed as though upper management were just there to tidy up the books to shut down the company.

Management played favorites
I never heard what I did good, always bad, a lot of backstabbing immature people, a lot of games played by the workers. the environment was very negative

Medicare is a high stress job.
To much favoritism among the bosses. They expect 100% perfection. They don’t tell you that you made a mistake until it’s an issue. They get mad at you when you help another team member complains your helping. Poor teamwork and the management almost encourages it. It’s like being back in Jr high or high school. Pretty sad.
ProsHours for me were good, worked with my family. Allowed to make up so you don’t always have to use PTO.
ConsBenefits, back in high school, poor pay and poor raises
