Staff is amazing
I had the best coworkers and management I have every had in my working career. Everyone was nice and encouraging. They were flexible and I meet manh wonderfully people. I would definitely recommend this job if your fine making 11.50 an hour.

Provide superior guest service to every guest. Suggestive sell (or upset) items and cash out all transactions accurately. Check food temperatures through out the day!

Good Place to work for
A good place to work for depending on the managers. The manager I worked for was an excellent mentor which is why I stayed there for many years. The pay was average for the QSR field. The only negative issue was the work life balance. It was hard to maintain.

Working at Moes
Moes was my first job, I worked my butt off learning and doing everything possible to get ahead. They were happy to give me the responsiblity of shift leader because I knew the job, was a good leader, and was willing to accept the responsiblity, but they did not return the favor with even a 25 cent pay increase. I spent 3 years working my way up, and accepted the responsibility, but with no compensation, so I moved on.

Overall a good experience
The work environment is generally friendly. a typical day is working on the lie during rushes and cleaning when it is less busy. The best part of the job are the caterings. The worst part of the job is that it can be exhausting on longer work days.

Unrealistic expectations
For a restaurant job it wasn't that bad except for the demands out on you by management. For the amount of money you're making they expect you to care as much as they do and it's mostly high school aged kids working there so management expectations are a bit unrealistic.
