Complete caos in the sales management and srevice managers. They only look out for themselves
This company constantly changes business direction. Management has no clear way to coach or help anyone. No budgets for things. New employees are lost in what or where to get help.

Filled with many challenges
Lots of good people. The facility was a challenge to get into production. The experience working with the sister plant in AKO was indeed a great lesson. I truly enjoyed my time working with MEPPI.

Enjoyable work, but abused as a temporary employee
Was a temp, placed by aerotek in 2008 and 2009. Worked very hard, made a good impression or so i thought. Got along well with most everyone. Picked up extra hours and days.
I really enjoyed the work, was never late, and never missed a day. Supervisor told me several times to keep doing what I'm doing, it's looking good for me to be signed on. Then i got shipped off to the warehouse. Did my best there as well, another supervisor told me it was looking good for me to be signed on. And about a month after that i got a call from the temp agency that i was let go. No reasons given, and no chance to retrieve my belongings that i had there. Really liked it there, too bad they treat temps like garbage.

Other divisions will have vastly different experiences. It would have been a very different review for the HVAC division. Management at the corporate office is misguided at best.

I started working for Mitsubishi when I got out of high school we took care of three building in Torrance we did the maintenance inside and out they move to Cypress.

My typical day at work is boarding plane on Monday and returning on Friday or Saturday. I covered the entire us country.

Good place to work and learn about supply chain and the software involved in the day to day operations of the company. Management is very helpful and patient and will train candidates.

High volume department
Have to be well trained in this department. Little supervision so you are more on your on, you have to use a radio if you need assistance. Must pay attention to detail because you are the one who does the receiving and shipping and they depend on me and my opinion so they must trust you to make decisions on your own. Have to be able to resolve and come up with solutions because they have very expensive products that come through this department.

R&D lab in Kyoto Works
Thoroughly enjoyed the work environment in the R&D facility. Support for the HDTV project was always helpful. My mentor proved to be knowledgeable, understanding, and kind. Work was less stressful.
