Its a good place to work
Its a fast paced job, required to learn rapidly and be acceptable to change. No good benefits but its an easy job if you learn to love it. I enjoy working here.
Cute store with less than understanding management
I really enjoyed working here, coworkers were friendly and shift leads took the time to train properly. Managers only cared about you liking them the most and if they felt you didn't like them, they would give less hours. Also, wouldn't understand when emergencies prevented me from attending work. Sorry I didn't plan for my parents divorcing and my sister getting really sick
They need better management! They have no idea what they want! They blame the store managers for not getting it right yet they don’t know what’s right! Corporate sucks! COO sucks! He doesn’t know what he’s doing. Get better management and control of your company!

The parkway parade branch manager was rude & unfriendly. She keeps on shouting at the staff to do their work. Alot of work with no clear instructions . Store manager thinks of herself
Take my advice and please do not work at Miniso.
Especially if you plan on working in this company as a supervisor, asm, or sm. You will actually have the most stressful job and its way to stressful for some lousy retail company.
- you get paid less than any other retail store, but they make you work twice as much.
- the head office is a complete mess, turnover rates are so HIGH expect to see a new area manager every couple months. In the time I stayed we went through 3 different area managers and 3 different district managers.
- the HARDEST part of the job are weekends or whenever anyone from head office visits. They like to surprise visit 2-3 days a week.
- HEAD OFFICE will come in and nitpick at everything even though the store still looks great.
- they will put the blame on the store manager even though its a problem in warehouse. because the store level is considered the bottom it will always be the first to get the blame.
- the head office doesn't care to listen to what you have to say, they will push you to do things that is not even within your contract. So if you still decide to apply, learn that you can say no ( they will still try to push you)
- they will not give you proper training and expect you to just learn. even our store manager wasn't properly trained but just tossed out into the sea expecting them to swim.
- I had to take my own car and drive to warehouse( an hour away) once to pick up products, expecting to get reimbursed, they never di

Consextremely underpaid, head office management DON'T know what they're doing, they DON'T like to pay for overtime, they expect you to pay for store essentials (ie. broom/mop, soap, deposit slips)
I helped build the inside of the store, and was originally excited to start working at Miniso. After the first few days of opening, there was barely any leadership. I really wanted to to enjoy the job, but the environment was unhealthy for workers. Everything they asked for was just unrealistic. The US working culture is not the same as China. They do not seem to realize that.
Most of the employees were really friendly and really team oriented mainly because we could only rely on whoever worked there because the company is so useless in everything else. They had your back never, only stepped in if either there reputation would be tampered or the truth and lies were coming out. Really not worth working here unless you find a smaller, slow paced environment. Also very underpaid.
I only work for this company for about a month before quitting. this company has amazing things to offer but the staff are unprofessional and clueless to what they need to do. Regarding their duties and training others.

During my work i do enjoyed my work I'm Doing what I Have to do because I learned to have initiative even sometimes I didn't feel they appreciate me What I did even just a little thing.
Great place. The store is a bit small but the workers there are very friendly, and very helpful. It was hard to leave the job just because everyone was so friendly and nice. The job itself isn't that hard too me a month or two to get the hang of things. If you ever need help with dealing with customers or computer problems or just have questions about anything, coworkers are willing to help you with anything
It is my great experience with miniso where i learned many new things which really helps us to increase our sales. The most tough time was that you job was not secure. They fire staff for cost saving secondly there is no time limit in job. Our normal schedules were of 9 hours where most we have performed more than 12 hours.

Ambiente de trabajo con pobre cultura laboral
Muy mala cultura laboral, rivalidad entre departamentos y no se cultiva la cooperación entre colaboradores de diferentes departamentos.
El problema nace desde los directores de departamentos y sus pobres programas de crecimiento para los empleados que son productivos y benefician solo a los que tienen alguna influencia.
La empresa está en expansión y todavía no cuenta con una identidad de marca.
No cumple lo que promete a sus empleados que ayudaron a su crecimiento inicial.
La cultura como empresa es increíble! La colaboración entre equipos es genial!!

Amigos les puedo decir de primera es que esto ya parece Oxxo por todos lados se multiplican, las tiendas venden por sí solas y MUCHISIMOOOOO ME TOCO ESTAR EN PARQUE DELTA UNA DE LAS TIENDAS QUE VENDE MUCHO A NIVEL NACIONAL, una friega me lleve en diciembre obvio época donde se vende mucho !!! Para que la tienda vendiera casi 2 millones en una semana y las comisiones son una basura por todo lo que venden !!! El esquema de comisiones cambiaron, ABISMALMENTE y contratan un aboursing para evadir impuestos y no pagarte bien. Les puedo confirmar que antes de que se hicieran tantas cadenas de estas tiendas las comisiones eran razonables por tanto flujo de gente que entra y compra, obvio contratan a puro chavito que es su primer trabajo o no dicen nada por tanto trabajo y así ....
Al principio estaba muy padre...el ambiente era excelente...
Mi tienda aperturó,y por motivos extraordinarios sacaron al gerente que estaba ahí y nos mandaron a otra...
Una gerente PÉSIMA, tienen como gerentes a personas super prepotentes, engreídos, groseros, con falta de experiencia pero eso sí...que se sienten dueños de la empresa.
RH son otra fichita...nunca ponen en primer lugar a su personal...te tratan como basura...en serio!
Bajaron los sueldos (lo que tengo entendido no se puede hacer) , te hacen trabajar como si de verdad $1200 a la semana fuera una fortuna.
De preferencia...no entren :/ no es lo que te prometen al principio.
llevo 4 meses aquí...y es la arrepentida de mi vida.

Great work lifestyle, good team spirit.
I don't think my job has any hard part, unless when one has to relate with a difficult customer but that can always be managed.

Buen ambiente
Buena, mi baja fue por restructuración cierre de tiendas.
Estuve poco, pero todos fueron muy amables y me avisaron con tiempo y delicadeza por parte de recursos humanos y mi jefa directa.
La capacitación fue excelente, en tiempo y forma. Me dieron todas las herramientas y me atendieron en todas mis dudas en el proceso de integración.
Muy buena mi experiencia.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Miniso. I led a dynamic team of 15 young individuals, who trained on product knowledge as well as customer service at the retail store.
