Live To Work
You have no life outside of work. You are forced to work 12hr shift 6 days a week. They don’t care about your family. Working there is like a soap opera it’s more drama then a little bit. If you are not liked by your co workers or kiss up to supervisor. You can kiss promotion bye bye. All money ain’t good money if you have to give up on your own personal life.

Terrible Management
MillerCoors isn't the place for young talent due to their lack of development. The organizational structure is also terrible due to the very few positions or possibilities for advancement within the company. Prepare to work at least 5-10 years before advancement.

Very Good Place to work
Very Good Place to work. Lot of opportunities to learn and execute complex supply chain business process in Distribution Centers, Breweries, 3PLs and co-packers

Productive team focused environment
A typical day at work consisted of many planning meetings. Meetings with staff members and employees regarding staffing, servicing and supporting external clients, recruitment, strategic planning, bench marking of best practices and training. The hardest part of the job was gaining consensus and agreement with union employees on different issues. The most enjoyable part of the job was planning for employee events, visiting clients and sharing best practice methodologies.
ProsGreat pay, benefits, and exposure to different areas of discipline resulted in personal promotions and advancement.

Great place to work at but many changes in the past few years
I loved working at Molson Coors and the employees are really nice and friendly - like one big family! Highly recommended despite all the organizational changes in the past few years!
