They encourage education and innovation.
Overall, it was a great work environment. I never had any fears of layoffs or RIF’s. As a technical employee, there was plenty of freedom for creativity in your field of expertise.

Overall a good place to work
A typical day at the job requires working a swing shift that changes from week to week. I have learned a lot of valuable skills that helped individually and professionally. The management about employees and advancement within the organization. The hardest part of the job would be the weekly rotating schedule for someone that has never worked a rotating shift. The most enjoyable part of the job is the people that you meet working there. The people at Michelin make the work experience a great place to work.

Michelin provides their customers the best tire possible.
The safety of employees and customers is the number one priority at Michelin. Many safety measures are implemented within the manufacturing facility. Tires go through numerous inspections during and after the manufacturing process before they are released to distribution centers.
