Classical warehouse work
For such a small number of workers, a lot of work.
Stay overtime that is not paid.
Work in three shifts, but when the third shift ends, that day is considered to be free and it may happen that you are making another change from that day on schedule, from the third shift to the second shift

ConsWork in 3 shifts ..... the first shift from 6 to 14, the second shift from 14 to 22 and the third shift from 22 to 6 the next day.

Great Company to learn on daily basis
being employee of MCC PK, this company is a great institute itself for working and learning on daily basis.
i am working here for almost two years now, and never felt any difficulty in maintaining my work life balance.
colleagues are very cooperative and supportive.
Hardest job is to lead all stores with same products as being producing own products its difficult to maintain one quality and taste, also to teach each store about proper working through system.
My most enjoyable part of job is that, through job i am looking after Procurement, production, quality, development, sales and marketing all through one job.

At times work can be demanding, however, generally it is smooth depending on which place and position is one working. Environment at Stores is full of life and constantly changing and challenging.
At head office it is more consistent and predictable, however, pretty intense at times but with opportunities to share and celebrate the occasions be those personal or business.

un 'esperienza lavorativa che ti fa crescere mettendoti a dura prova, a me piaceva molto nonostante i turni molto lunghi mi sono resa sempre disponibile e pronta a nuove mansioni.
il turno piu impegnativo iniziava alle 6 con il GAP rilevazioni dei buchi a banco del settore fresco secco casalingo ecc. per passare successivamente alla cassa che con lo scanner identificavamo i prodotti acquistati non sempre la pistola faceva il suo lavoro percio' dovevi prestare maggiore attenzione nella fatturazione.
Le ore volavano lavorando sodo.

J'ai eu un beau parcours là-bas d'abord au mauvais poste mais qui m' a fait gagner de l'acquis et de l'expérience puis en suite un bon poste stressant certes mais tt a fait adapter à mes besoins
