Not a fun place to work. Management, with very little management experience or skills are very hostile towards their sales staff
Toxic work environment for sales staff, If not in the inner circle life can be very difficult for you,
Competence is not appreciated there, Management skills are non existent, Management has no authority, Week management from the top down, Favoritism is rife,

I worked for Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas for almost 6 years.
Over the years my experience changed with the dealerships management changes.
The involvement I had with Mercedes-Benz when it came to training and all aspects of communication with MBUSA was great.
I worked in a few different departments and my overall experience was awesome in many ways.
I enjoyed being appreciated and being given tasks that my job description did not require.
I left because I was moved to a different department with no explanation for the demotion and my significant pay cut.
I was the top producer in that department at the time the management would not tell me the reason.
Later and after I left I found out that the dealership had closed the department and were not ready to let the other employees know when I was moved.
I was not very happy about the way it was handled, however I do understand that in the end I was the only one who didn't get let go.

Fun and challenging place to work
Love working for the brand. Management is good. Gained lot of experience on several areas. Due to short staff, had to work long hours. The whole team gets along very well and enjoy to work.

Mercedes- Benz of Valencia was a brand new car dealership in Santa Clarita, Ca also known as Valencia. The clients are very nice compared to most dealerships I have worked at and the company is great to advance and create a career.

Mi dia a dia era excitante siempre había algo nuevo que hacer, me encantaba mi trabajo. Aprendi a trabajar en equipo, a estar abierta a cambios y siempre tener un como Sí. El director un ejemplo de proactividad.Un ambiente laboral de cooperacion. En un tema personal no me senti respaldada. Lo que me gusto mas de mi trabajo la diversidad de actividades en la industria.
ProsPuedo decir sin dudarlo todas las prestaciones fueron favorables.
