Good place to work starting out
Environment is good for someone beginning their RN career. Great RN residency program and you are provided with many resources to help you succeed. Coworkers were always very helpful. Floor was usually understaffed

Amazing Opportunities
I have been a RN for over 20 years. Hands down, working for Memorial Hermann was the best experience of my career. As an ICU RN, you have amazing opportunities for clinical experience and education, as well as career advancements. The Texas Medical Center in Houston is the gold standard for healthcare delivery. I highly recommend this facility.

I have nothing bad to say about hermann.hermann paid mty way through Radiology school,with tuition reimbursement.Consequently,I am forever thankful for that opportunity.Job security is good at Hermann.

An Amazing Spa
This spa was affiliated with Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital in Houston Texas. I taught the medical massage curriculum for in house and ambulatory patients and in exchange learned all the spa treatments they offered. Unfortunately, due to mismanagement, the spa closed early in 2008.

Great place to work!
Many people come here, and never leave! They advance from position to position until they retire. Personally my title has changed 3 times, with a pay increase attached. I'm looking forward to it changing again soon. My manager is the greatest manager I've ever had, she's actually my Director now (advancement here is definitely possible)!

Professional and collaborative
Nice place to work. People are very friendly. Senior physicians are academically sound and very helpful. Very good place to learn heart failure surgeries and their pre & post operative management.
