Job experience
Loved working for this company. I moved up so fast. The energy is perfect, all of the employees i had or hired had great attitudes. Only thing is there are changed to the store that last for several hours every weekend, which is unnecessary. Also there is no balance with home life.

Productive and fun place to work
During my time at Maurice, I loved the job. I moved and I honestly did not want to leave the job but at the time I was moving away. The management was great and it was fun to interact with people and dress your best at the job.

Company will always take care of their people
I love Maurices as a company. I have always been taken care of and welcomed with open arms whenever I needed to transfer. Especially in covid times they always managed to take care of us all.

Decent place to work
My time at Maurice’s was okay, but really just okay. I helped open two stores in the area & then was hired on as an associate. I wasn’t into fashion at the time & I really needed to be for the role. My boss was great & I loved the rest of the staff, the position just wasn’t a good fit for me. Super fun if you like fashion & helping people make outfits though! Pay was decent if I remember correctly & the company was nice to work for.

My life working for Maurice's
Working fr home is amazing i work very well independently. Management was always an issue , there were alot of internal issues at the home office and it often affected the work at home agents ability to connect with management, Overall Myhighlights were engaging with clients everyday with in a few short back and forth conversation you can learn a good bit about your client changing a situation froma negative to a positive was my strong points of my day.

It was okay
I loved the job when I had first started. The pay was fine and the other employees were nice. The store itself had a rocky start the first few months making everyone's hours get cut to unreasonable hours.

It was a great work place I was able to work with others there was no problems working with my co-workers my boss was a great person to get along with

Good compensation, but not much else.
Upper management plays favorites. Impossible to take any vacation or sick time.

loved loved loved the company. well thought out incentives. pay was okay but not for the work asked of you. the district managers where horrible and played favoritism.

Fun Work Place
Super relaxed environment with really fun coworkers and employees. Plenty of benefits with a huge employee discount and a lot of incentive programs to continue to sell even better.
