I was doing my best at Maruti Suzuki. And I always think that one day I'll be on top position on Maruti Suzuki. But my dreams broken by my manager so I'm so much upset. But I'm still positive and think that everything are happening for good reason so I'm still want to work with Maruti Suzuki. And hope I get enother chance to work with this big company.

Could be nicer
I don't regret my time here as it made me a better manager. With a non-existent budget, I managed each department. While overwhelming at times, it prepared me for a bigger and better opportunity. The owner of the property can be verbally and emotional abusive so I would not recommend MarutiCorp as a career choice.

Maruti Suzuki's Brand
The company has excellent reputation in the Indian Market. As I have worked here and I am aware of the product quality, I am certain that other market players are offering better quality at a lower price.
However, Maruti is still the market leader. A major part of this success can be attributed to two reasons:
i) It has got an early entrant advantage in the Indian sub-continent (First Japanese public-private joint venture company to enter India).
ii) A humengous sales and after service network.

Dealer doesn't want to pay incentives and also wants to keep employees on lower salary, very bad experience with maruti suzuki Nexa
Work place is good but dealer doesn't want to pay incentives to its employees and also wants to make many deduction criterias on incentive slab so that a sales consultant could not earn enough money, dealer does not want to listen and give salary incentive properly, very bad and poor experience since I had rejoined maruti suzuki Nexa, many other employees are also dissatisfied with the incentive slab made by dealer

From trainee to Senior Engineer (11yrs) in Manesar
I have a 11 years of experience. I work in production division so all reviews are purely based on my experience in production division. First the good thing:- The promotions & Grades do not affect your salary to much so you have to least bother about being at top. Compensation is better among the industry but the raise is not in terms of percentage of last drawn salary its purely on your designation
bracket. You have barely has to stay back. You can't access your mail from home so no work pressure at home.
The Medical facility is best in private sector.
The Number of leaves you get is also more than enough.
& there are various HR scheme for employees which are really very best in industry.
Now the cons:- There is always a unnecessary pressure of management. MSIL Still in mode of a government organization where post is everything.
You are always being theartend regarding your grades.
The whole department atmosphere is dependent on the department Head.
