Great Company to work for, until the company was acquired
Great company to work for, until acquired by a company that wanted long hours and late night meetings. I had small children and decided that a weekday/daytime position would be better for my family life.

They reward laziness and punish the good workers. Always have to bid for your days off and shift you work. Management’s like sitting down and sleeping. The building is new and dangerous to work in with all the broken stuff and equipment they have if it works cause the they always breaking.

No life everything is about the customer...you have to be on time to your delivery's if not you get yelled at even though you can't control weather,traffic and other situations that might make you late you'll still get in trouble they are write up happy their and they don't care about the safety of thier employee

Mostly fun work environment
The atmosphere at Martin Brower is mostly fun in that the managers and directors make it a daily habit to engage and communicate with all levels of staff. While work is taken seriously, we don't take ourselves seriously as individuals and input is valued from all levels. On the flip side, this is a 24/7 operation (including weekends and holidays) so there is virtually no work/life balance. In fact, most of the staff either have grown up children or no children at all.

At times it can be busy but you will get to go home and they take care of their employees. Management is very understanding and always there when you need anything.

Martin-Brower posses the ability to provide excellent pay to its associates however, managerial pay isn't wasn't as lucrative during my tenure. The company has very positive growth every year and has a beautiful benefit package. I recommend this company to all.
