Overall
Good job for high school kids, and people with zero work experience. Managers don't care about employees or employees home/work balance. Work environment is about who you know, not what you do.

If you are looking for a job to put food on the table then this one is the one for you. Other than that the management doesn't really know how to manage their employees.

One big Social Club
Enjoyed working there. I advanced in ranks and felt needed throughout the career. Always something different to do daily. The change is great because it breaks the monotony.

Next place to work
Provide customer support and service, greet customers professionally, collect all shopping carts and return to the market. As well as doing Maintenance and occasionally inventory. Providing help where needed in the store.

Customer Service, Stocking, Team Work, 9 Skids a Day
A typical work day will often consist of looking, speaking, and at all times remaining professional and kind to customers because the companies main focus is customer service. I often have to use fork lifts as well as other types machinery. I stock shelves and make sure that the back room is organized and clean.
I've learned that it's not necessarily the position I am in that matters but more of how much responsibility that I am trusted with.
Management consists of people that have spent the longest time working for the company.
My co-workers are lazy. Full time is supplied to anyone that wants it. This can make for some difficult working conditions because I am often trusted with more responsibility then the full time staff.
The hardest part of the job is walking on the cement floor. That may sound crazy but it can really do a number on your feet and knees.
The easiest part of the job is customer service and working together with some of my co-workers. I am a social person. I often have people come in that remember me by name.
