The corporate office I believe had very little understanding how the field offices worked. Needed to have a better understanding of what the different parts of the country operate as.

Fast paced job, you have to make sure the numbers are right during the sales of the auctions. Customers are friendly and the employees are good people to work with

Upper management mostly care about everyone
This was a great place to work but they do expect way to many hours from salaried workers. The best benefits I have EVER had. If you are looking to start a great career this is definitely a great place to be at.

Exciting fast paced enviroment.
Working in a fast exciting atuo auction,successfully solving dealing with 40-50 customers issues per week. Assist auctioneer suring salde day with entering data entry with price adjustment and online bidders.
Prosfree lunches, bingo safety game.
Consshort breaks, not enough hours.

Good place to work. Not enough time with the cars
I loved my time at Manheim! I was never bored and enjoyed the many people that I had the privilege to work with. I especially enjoyed the fact that I would be exposed to different jobs in different areas. Management allowed me to still participate with the drivers even after I was done with my other duties. I'm looking forward to returning when I retire.

Temporary job returning from medical leave
Mostly boring - lots of long periods of standing around waiting for a shuttle driver. Auction Day (Tuesdays) were VERY fast-paced. Decent on-site cafeteria, although a little pricey.

terrible place to work rather work at a burger joint
bad experience working there. Poor management, numbers are more important than people/workers. Corporate image but mom and pop shop operation "managers not leaders" or no professional and humane personnel.

Great place to work
Manheim Township was a wonderful place to work. Everyone is super friendly and you are always busy. Schedule was good. Commute was sometimes stressful.
