Good short term work
Unorganized, owner very distant and didn't want to be bothered, but other than that the work was easy and I enjoyed the girls I worked with in the office.

Fun place to work. Co-workers and management was great.
Management was great, the clients were friendly and overall was a good job experience. Unfortunately i got really sick at the onset of Covid-19 so i couldn’t work for a while and had to give up my position. After recovering almost a year later was able to find another position in the airline industry due to what i learned at Maidpro. Thank you Maidpro Long Beach, i miss you all will always be grateful for my experiences working with the company.

Awful
Not the best company to work. Company has extremely high turnover and nearly impossible sales goals and quotas. Management is not very helpful either. The environment was not very positive and most employees quit after being there just 2 months. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The only positive about working there was you get 2 hours lunches, but even that was not enough to outweigh the bad.

Fast paced physical job
Great company, will work with you on your work schedule. Was able to drop my son off at school before getting started for the day. You'll want to be in good physical shape for this job, on the upside-no need to hit up the gym after work! Able to get my jobs done for the day and be home in time to make dinner. The owner is always available to talk to and even brings in breakfast for our monthly meetings.
ProsFlexible management
ConsWear and tear on your vehicle

Terrible work environment awful management
I worked her for almost 7 months, the pay is lousy they don't give you raises unless you pretty much beg them. The hours are very inconsistent one week I'll have 5 hours the next 30. The management is very unprofessional they are catty and talk behind everyone's back. The owner is extremely cheap and refuses to hire new managers for the spring office. So she expected us to do all managerial duties in about 30 minutes which take at least 3 hours to complete. They expect you to keep your schedule open even though the hours are always low and they get very annoyed if life happens. They speak to the workers like they are children and expect you to do a million extra things when cleaning a home if you finish early which some clients pay extra for but other clients will get free which is not fair at all. They almost always take the clients side on an issue and assume that you are lying. Gas reimbursement is nothing they make it sound like you get $7 for every house you go to but in fact you only get $3 and minimum wage while driving. DO NOT WORK HERE.

Productive and Encouraging Workplace
I have loved every single minute I have spent employed with this company. They are honest and upfront about everything, and they really value each employee as an individual. If you show up and give your job all you've got, they will stand by you through thick and thin. They offer many opportunities for learning and growing professionally, and they are willing to work with you when you've got personal stuff going on. I have nothing but nice things to say about this company; they really stand by their values and their people, and I couldn't think of anything more to ask.
