Management is clueless
Poor work environment. Toxic employees. Managment shows favoritism. No room for advancement. You will not get paid what you are worth. Raises are like 10 cent annually. They work you like a dog, 9 to 12 hrs a day with a 45 mins break. Will never recommend employment.

terrible work environment, no growth or opportunity. scheduling that made no sense. mandatory call nights. you feel like a hostage there. theirs better opportunity out there

Productive work place
It was fun starting out a call center I had to leave the company, thete is only two fifteen minutrs breaks and a thirty minute break, you can scheduel your time when you want to work. When you start have to do an evening shift

Great culture
Very fun, but serious environment. This bank is about integrity and doing right by its customers. M&T is conservative and has been able to grow each and every year. We are now a Top 20 Bank in the U.S..

Initally a great culture, but has not managed industry changes/challenges from acquisition well in past few years
An expectation that Relationship Managers will backstop all problems, operational issues, regulatory requests personally has created a chaotic environment. Management has not pushed to give a voice to efforts to change.

Meaningful and rewarding job
Feel my job is important and meaningful. The process is the same each day, but each case is new and unique, which keeps it interesting.

Great company
It is a great company. Was just unhappy with my direct supervisor. I wish I would have stayed and just moved departments. It has so many options to move up. Very regretful on leaving.
