Assisting clients and stores with any issues as well as filing feedbacks and tracking ads and editorials
A typical day in my current job is located in a cubicle. I speak mostly to clients answering product and policy questions as well as processing orders and assisting with complaints.
I also assist with event RSVP lists as well as keeping trackof ads and editorials that feature our products. On top of that I file formal written feedbacks for the company to keep track of a variety of issues.
The hardest part of the job is receiving complaints. I wish I could make everyone happy but unfortunately I do have to uphold the company policies and that doesn't always please everyone. However I now feel that I have learned how to deal with those uncofortable situations in a productive manner. Also it is a very fast past enviroment where I am expected to multi task and the job has taught me to manage my time in many areas.

Excellent luxury retail company with a great work culture.
Typical day at Louis Vuitton consists of providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all clients. I learned how to maintain all visual standards for the store, managedall in-store leather goods repairs, and trained sales staff on customer service and sales procedures, as well as company culture. This job is very team driven as we were all working on a store sales goal together. The hardest part of the job is having to stand up for hours, but the upside is that you are always meeting new and interesting people; everyday is different.

Cowardly manager
My manager was a coward and had me fired for no reason as she was involved with higher ups. She was angry because I was going to advance beyond her and she did nothing to develop me career wise even though it was mandatory for her to do. She is a failure and she is bad representation of what Louis Vuitton is as a company. She does not represent the spirit of the brand. Other than that, if I would have been able to pursue other opportunities, I would have done well.

Positive Energy and well organized
Everything was great until corona virus came to the US and after that I was let go until further notice. I really hope that their business picks up and the give me a call back.

A very reputable brand with a very solid foundation. Excellent benefits but little career advancement opportunities for those in store. Management and executive teams have little or no stability and are continuously shifting.

The world of luxury goods is built by this company , attention to quality and craftsmanship. Good place to work over all , if your in the stores , but too much politic warfare if your in the corporate offices . Unfortunately, this is the sad truth , it seems to be rampant across the retail industry !

Productive and Efficient
Management was very invested in my growth and they taught me well. The work was challenging and the pace at Louis Vuitton was very fast, but I had good resources from the company and amazing mentors in my department as well.

Great training and benefits, however long hours. With either early starts or late nights it is a career for someone with a flexible lifestyle. Strong need to be fluent in 2 or more languages would be beneficial.
