Job security and advancement
In terms of job security at LogistiCare, I think they never has enough employees to cover so they never got rid of anyone.
Management
In general, managers at LogistiCare i loved my direct supervisor but when she quite it wqs time to move on
Overall
My experience working at LogistiCare was ok, they did not pay what i was worth. They are a second chance compnay therefore i think they thought it was ok not to pay a fair and kicing wage. Overall i like the job but 95% of the people around me hated the job thereof it was depressing.

Not fun at all, It was come to work and go home
The job was to take calls for the whole state of New Jersey for Medical Patients and setup their transportation to get a ride to the doctors. It was very stressful taking almost 100 calls a day. The lines were so busy taking a break was hardly an option.
ProsGood co works around
Consvery short breaks, Management was not together

Troubled but improving
LogistiCare is a company with a great mission, but its follow-through needs some guidance. The leadership team was completely thrown off by the acquisition of Circulation and they will spend many years cleaning up the mess created by the team who was briefly in charge of the organization.

Easy and fun work place.
Logisticare is a good company to work for. They treat you like family and work with your schedule. I just wish the pay was more. Beside the pay I have nothing bad to say.

Flexible schedules and good Medical Coverage!
I loved that I could work 4×10s, The medical coverage was good and affordable! But it sucked getting cussed out every morning! Management sucked...co workers foul...

Backstabbing and overall poor mangement
I found the company to be biased racially depending on the manager in charge. If you ae not a friend of someone, you are professionally ostracized. I never trusted management and many had serious problems with discipline and fair treatment. One of the poorest places to work I've ever encountered.
ProsGood healthcare
Conspoor management, poor treatment of workers, bias

Enjoyed my job there
I enjoyed the work that I did with the company. They tell you that there is room for growth. However, it was a very difficult task to obtain a transfer to another office after working for the company for almost 3 years when looking to relocate.

Logisticare Rating
I loved working for Logisticare. It's the best company I have ever worked for. It is very fast paced. I loved that they let you advance. You have to be a fast learner and be able to remember a lot of I insurance policy guidelines and be able to multi task. They had opened a new call center and I was relocated and learned many many things. Unfortunately I had car issues and they didn't have Uber back then.
