Productive and well managed company
A great environment in the office and great co-workers. I would go back without a doubt. An amazing company with more than 100 locations all over United States. We learned a lot everyday and achieve our goals.
We had supervisors we can count with them at all times. We had vacation paid, insurance and benefits.
ProsHoliday
Consnot enough breaks

Good job security. Takes a lot to lose your job
Current GM gives promotions and shows favoritism to people he brings in and hires on, not the people who have been there 5 plus years. Such a shame. Could be a great place
ProsJob security, full work weeks
ConsMandatory overtime, overworked, favoritism

Fast pace environment and the cold warehouse - 25 degrees in the warehose.
The cold warehouse was -25 degrees picking orders for baskin robins and the temperature was nice especially during the summer. Fast pace job. Using a head set to pick the orders. Getting the job done.
ProsPICKING ORDERS IN THE COLD WAREHOUSE. .
ConsCLEANING AND DUMPING TRASH AFTER PICKING ORDERS.

Refrigeration Technician |

Completely impressed by the lack of leadership that made this company so large.
Horrible company to be employed by. I was a refrigeration technician. When I started they had zero and I mean zero PSM program with just under 30k tons of ammonia in 3 seperate systems. I wrote all LOTO all operating procedures all shut down procedures as well as evacuation plans for the plant. I was promoted to a Lead position and had a death in the family back to back they then fired me for no call no show even though they paid me for bereavement leave. Then lied on me. They forced me to work on live system alone and would not provide another body for pump outs or anything. Dangerous place to work for. About 25% of the valves i ran into actually sealed the rest leaked by and i was told if i did my work fast enough it wouldnt matter.
ProsThey talk a good game, dont follow thru
Consdangerous, no appreciation, lied to constantly, treated like a number, They make ammonia techs perform line breaks while alone, 40+ year old valves and pipes, .

I use to enjoy working at this company in the last few years i wasn't happy anymore
The office is usually busy. The company has its busy season which is usually during the holidays. I'm sorry to say but the Office Manager has a conflict of interest. In the beginning working there was great towards the end it was not the place I wanted to be.
ProsSometimes free lunch is provided
Cons1 hr lunch break health care depends on the person and the requirements

Great company
The company itself is great, new facility.
The work environment isn't that great. Management is unprofessional, they work on favoritism. On the other hand the job itself is easy. .

No job is secure there
Don't work there! Came back after Thanksgiving to have management tell us they were eliminating our positions. Also wanted me to fly out to Chicago after I was let go, to train 3 people to do my job. No compassion.

Overall I would not recommend working for lineage.
A brief review as a current employee. The health and safety is not acceptable. The hygiene and cleanliness is also not acceptable.I have Met a lot of decent people in my time there however, racism tends to be quite popular amongst its staff and management. I have done various roles within the company all of them being ok.
ProsPay is a little better than some other warehouse type jobs, Tends to Have plenty of overtime opportunities
ConsA lot of racism. Health and safety is preached but definitely not practiced, can be quite a dangerous place to work.
