Great place to work
The most enjoyable part of the job was leading the instructors and providing fun and entertaining fitness classes to the members daily. My co-workers were fun and caring like a family and treated me with love and respect.

Fair
There is a lack of organization with scheduling within the Kids team which is due in part of having no consequences when one calls in sick too many times. I found that the camp was understaffed most of the days we were operating and the structure of the camp day was not upheld due to poor planning on the managements part. However, the children are great and my co-staff and management were very helpful when prompted. I do enjoy working here.

Management
Leadership there is amazing. It really does feel like home working there. The best training job out there for sure and would highly recommend here to get that experience.

Productive Culture for the upwardly mobile
Lifetime is not a place you can sit and cool your heels, but if you are willing to put in the work, the company is certainly willing you to meet you ...

great for prospecting clients, but security is hard to find
Life Time has amazing products and services; but in order to maintain a work-life balance it isn't for everyone. You have to give a lot before you receive anything in return.

Relaxed work environment
A normal day at work would be, coming in checking what has been done and what has not. If there are duties that need to be done trying to do them on down time to stay busy or being on the chair guarding. While working there I learned how to be a better lifeguard and how to keep myself busy. The hardest part about working there would have to be the patrons being rude, but its also a good thing because it allows you to learn self control and how to stay calm in certain situations. And the most enjoyable part of the job would definitely be the coworkers they are very nice and welcoming.

Great place to work
Management is great and the community is welcoming and warm. It's a positive place to work and a very encouraging atmosphere. It's wonderful to come to work and know that no matter who is on the schedule with me it will be a positive experience.

Personal Trainer
Life Time is a great company to work for if you are ready to really put in time/hours. I have only worked at the Manhattan location, however. Hours can exceed 12 on some days, however you are capable of making a decent income and are provided with support from managers/staff.
