Managers do whatever they want
This people has no respect for spanish community. You are going to work at any store that they need you and they don’t pay you for travel expenses. Hourly pay rate sucks!

Fine if you’re just starting out
High stress job, not a great work/life balance, and compensation is not competitive. Basically zero training except for a printed out, outdated workbook. It’s great if you are in your early career or you don’t have a family.

job
the job itself was amazing the management team just didnt seem like they cared to much for anyone other than them selves. If you werent doing something for them they kind of just threw you on the back burner. Also alot of higher up people were being replaced as i was leaving so therefor there was alot of confusion on what was needing done and what was going to happen. people were walking on eggshells around the office

Way toomuch put on Store managers
Store Managers are expected to work 45-60 hours a week. Compensation is horrible. Expected to work 3 out of 4 Sundays and 2 open to closes a week. Never work for them.

A typical day at work involved a lot of accounts receivable work and attending various meetings w my boss. We would discuss new trends and new materials for the athletic wear.
