Productive & fun place to work
A typical day at liberty tax call center. When you get to work, you get started making phone calls, to market, & invite customers to make an appointment to come in to get their taxes filed. You make the customer aware of all promotions & services. You motivate, invite, & encourage the customer to use liberty tax for their tax needs & services. I learned how to talk to customers from a script, & how to answer their questions. Management is great at liberty tax service. Workplace culture is diverse. There is nothing hard about the job, if you can follow simple directions, use a computer, know how to use the features of an office telephone, how to place calls on hold, how to transfer calls, follow rules & listen to management. The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to interact with customers over telephone to help them with their needs & questions about their taxes, from hours of business operation, to how long it would take for the processing of their taxes.

Amazing Company -Amazing People
I am unsure of some of the Questions on the survey as I was just a seasonal i.e. PTO etc. However, the environment and people I worked with were outstanding. The diversity within the company is very refreshing! The support and training is phenomenal. I can only pray and wish I am called back. If you see an ad to work for LIBRARY - I say 100% go for it!
The management is very understanding and easy to talk to. You have access to personal and confidential information so you must be respectful of that. Overall, I have absolutely NO negative statements or comments to make and I appreciated the opportunity. I’ll look forward to hearing from them again the season.

i am a manager at liberty tax, my role was to do, clients income tax, greed all customers that would walk through our doors,
create new tips on our closing rates,
plan our marketing events
Do schedules for our team members. Call or email all of our customers after they had done their taxes or our passed customers.
Have all personal documents secure and in a safe place.
Would travel for our monthly meetings.

Great part time job.
