Not the best
Commission based ONLY!!! You must use your own vehicle, gas and time going to people's homes near and far not really knowing if you are safe. There is no real system of checks and balances.

Good people, not for people with children
Good benefits, good people I worked with, however you are on a 24/7 schedule. If they want you to stay until midnight studying, even if you have children or other plans they expect you to do it.
ProsGood Pay some times
ConsPay good one week but you may not get one the next

Goal oriented, fast paced and results driven
Personal, Professional and Financial growth is at the forefront of Liberty National Life Insurance Company. Everything is turn-key the, systems are in place and if you follow the systems, you will be successful. The Field Personnel are the backbone of the company and as far as I am concerned are the best in the business.

Very productive and organized establishment
This organization is very worker friendly, has easy movement in the company, great trainers as well as coworkers and managers, and has a very positive vibe to it.
Typical work days varied responsibility depending on the day of the week. Monday through Wednesday were training days, Wednesday being graduation or badge day. Thursday through Saturday we organization days.
The hardest part of this job was creating the different training activities each week.
The most enjoyable part of my days were being around everyone who had great attitudes and having a team where everyone was on the same page and held the same drive.

Did not like office atmosphere
I had to travel a lot and was out of town 3-4 days and nights weekly. Did not like being away from home.
Prosgood money
ConsHad to pay all expenses, which took a lot of my salary.

It is a very competitive work environment
If you don't make your numbers you won't make any money. You get many leads but they are cold leads so you really have to work the phone. There can be real money made here.
