All was going great until the pandemic. The need for my expertise in entertainment catering went away.
L.G.C. is a pretty good company to work with. I had no problems finding work until last March when the Pandemic set in. We just need to beat this darn pandemic and get back to work.
ProsWork when you want.
ConsShortage of jobs.

Wonderful experience
Very wonderful experience love this place it is a nice great place to work they don't discriminate against anyone regardless of no work experience they provide training and teach you and they will not turn you away its very important to not discriminate against a person with no experience or a disibilitiy we all have the right to work and other companies sometimes discriminate it's not right

A great place to have in your front or back pocket..
A person can work as much as they want, if they are able to claim the shifts in time. And if a person has a regular job, they can work a bit extra for extra money. I love the fact that even though the employees work different jobs, we get familiar with one another.by having signed up for the same jobs.

you will call for an assignment and no one will call you back
You call for an assignment no one in the office will call you back so if you sign in with this company you need a second company to sign up with as well

Good people nice honest and fun to work with
The only problem with LGC is if you do not have transportation. Because most of the jobs are really far out that will stop you from being sent out if they know you don't have your own vehicle so I probably was working 2 to 3 days out of a week and that's what I did not like.
ProsFree lunch, good people and based on your own availability.
ConsReally busy sometimes no breaks also no compensation if they're overstaffed and you get sent home.

In TAMPA FLORIDA this business is a scamming unprofessional workplace where they try to down pay you for the most work I was told I was being payed 10.50 and when reviewing my pay stubs it read I was being payed 8.50 and they lowered my hours DO NOT work here if you have self respect they talk to you disrespectful and care more about how they look then how they treat employees
