Great place to be!
Land O'Lakes is a great company to work for! The values, people, and atmosphere provide for a wonderful developmental environment for someone, such as myself, who is just beginning their career. I am grateful for the opportunity to work for a farmer-owned co-op who cares for, values, and appreciates the work of its. employees and member-owners.

Great Coworkers and Benefits
The best part about working at Land O'Lakes is the people that you work with. Everyone who works at Land O'Lakes is friendly, kind, and respectful, which is reflected in the company. However, it is an older company with a lot of history and sometimes you can feel that with changes that take a long time. Overall, it is a great company with great benefits and I would recommend working here.

Compared to other companies I have worked, Land O'Lakes ranks as one of the top organizations. The company has acquired several subsidiaries, and it comes with challenges. Not every company is perfect; I am surrounded by people who want to make a difference. There are those who are happy just existing which is okay but for those who wish to aspire for more --- well you can part the sea here at Land O'Lakes. The company is open to new ideas and opinions. I can testify to that, my boss is great, and she challenges me every day to look for new ways and procedures. She allows me to blossom while other managers held on to the reign so tightly. Engaging and rewarding place to work
Land O'Lakes Inc. is a large enterprise and each team or business unit has their own work culture. Those working in international business or international development have much earlier start times due to time zone differences between our various offices around the globe. International trips are, on average, two weeks long so those with families do have to do more to balance their personal schedules and make that happen. Overall, it's a highly engaging place to work with a pay-for-performance culture that ensures those who work hard and bring good ideas to the table are compensated in line with market.

Fun and productive work environment
This was a very easy place to work. Got along with everyone. The management was very helpful and understanding if there was a problem.

'Minnesota Nice'
Land O'Lakes is a very comfortable place to work, with management who listens, decision making at appropriate levels and commitment to a culture of personal respect. The Minnesota Nice concept is taken (almost) to a fault in that accountability does not always follow poor performance. Great things can be accomplished toward the corporate goal of feeding the world; providing personal opportunity and fulfillment.

Good Place to work
Land O Lakes was a good employer, the area was just not for me. I was relocated to another area and enjoyed my time spent there but found through time it was not the right fit for me.
