Great place to wor
i loved working at La petite, I learned so much working here, and grew in my career goals and aspirations while working here. I had a great support in my leadership and management team, and was able to advance my career goals so much in my time working here.

Need to have a place for zero's!!!
Management is terrible. I would not send my own child there. The place was very unsanitary...rodents lived in the building. The director is very unsanitary she does not take consideration of the employees or the children. She is all about the money.....not the well-being of the children or employees!!! I wish this summary had a place to leave zero's .

Not a fan of corporate preschools
Director was amazing! but you have all this "big people" sitting on their nice cushioned office chairs in front of there nice up to date computers that actually work correctly making rule after rule after rule to the "little people" actually in the centers doing the real work and they don't even realize what the work load is already with just taking care of the kids on a daily basis, the corporate aspects of these preschools suck because they worry more about paying the people sitting in chairs all day in front of a computer rather then paying the people doing the hard work in the classrooms and they don't care about the kids they care about money and making money!

I brought my daughter to work with me!!!!
I loved working at La Petite, mainly because I was able to bring my daughter work with me. While she was in another classroom, she was within a reasonable distance where I felt comfortable at the time. At the time the school did offer employee discounts; which I think was 40% off. I would recommend this employer.

Over Worked and Under Paid
Nothing positive to say except in watching the positive learning progression of the children.

Excellent educational programs for children.
La Petite Academy requires educated, professional staff members. Focus is mainly on enrollments, quality program, and retention. Buildings are in poor repair. Staff provide families with a friendly and loving experience. Labor cost control is also a major issue, causing constant "blending" of all age groups throughout the day.
Prospromotes a safe and healthy environment for the staff, children and families.
Conslong-term employees are not valued or rewarded for their dedication.

Not a teacher friendly company
Not a friendly company towards the staff. Management was tough to deal with on an everyday bases. Pay was not fair and DM was unwilling to compensate good teachers.
