No need.
It will fall on deaf ears I see this company doesn’t believe In new innovative Ideas to prosper the company. I still can’t concur why this brand refuses to advertise. Hiring assets to the company that can boost staff moral as well as enrollments Is of this companies Interest, not to mention hiring 21year old VP’s would set well with many members..........I have a lot of experience, yet It’s Held back Instead of promoted , pushed forward

Good atmosphere
The company doesn't care about your well being at all. The employee turnover rate is ridiculously high. Easy job, but not much to it. The operations managers are usually pretty nice.

Personal Trainer - Personal Training Counselor
As someone who has been working out for years, I usually enjoy myself when I am at the gym. That is why I applied to work at LA.
I first worked as a personal trainer which was quite fun. I liked the other trainers and most of my clients were fun to train. The pay as a trainer isn't the best, but it was a temporary position for me. I was working there simply to make money as I was still in school.
It was when I started working as a Personal Training Counselor (PTC), selling personal training contracts, that I got a taste of what full time employment at LA is like. You work a lot of hours for below average pay. We were scheduled from 9:00am - 1:00pm and 4:00pm - 8:00pm M-F and 8:00 - 1:00 on Sat. Usually you'd be in the middle of a sale or have a meeting that kept you working between shifts. On top of the hours, LA micro-manages at every step.
I enjoyed working at LA as a trainer, but when I began working in management, I started to dislike it.

La fitness
I used to work 4 days everyday. I learned their opportunity and approach them how to work. The hardest part is to listen team work because I have a coach implant.

Terrible Company
I was a VP, and privy to the conversations upper management was having about all their employees; it borderline on just outright evil. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Poorly run from ownership down to RVPs
Toxic culture. Set you up to fail as soon as you succeed too much. Great environment to learn what NOT to do or how to improve yourself at your career.

Overall Poor company to work for.
Employees, benefits. the opportunities, made the job not worth it for me. Overall I had a poor time working for this company. I did not have the motivation to work here, other than a paycheck, due to no advancement opportunities or chance for growth.

Management Nightmare
Management was a complete nightmare. The manager i had when i worked with this company made me feel on edge every shift i worked. The hardest part of the job was getting through the shift without having the manager belittle me.

Agile environment
Working in the IT billing department requires a extensive knowledge of the complex billing system. Changes are geared towards frequent changes for our customer needs and wants and are completed successfully with an emphasis on accuracy. Working with the director and senior billing administrator for user acceptance testing further insures our accuracy in the billing process. IT management works closely with the business owners, application and software developers and QA testers. This makes for an enjoyable fast paced environment in which to work.

Its OKay
An okay job for someone looking to work a part time in the front desk. There is little room for advancment and it is more of a side job to work in for most of the time.
