This was by far the best place I have ever worked. I was very busy. Maintained lasting relationships with clients. Much potential to excel and move up. Well compensated. Low stress, although always had something to do. Work load was consistent.

Nice place to work
As a first job I enjoyed working at L&T but did not feel many opprotunities to advance were available. Additionally the management structure seemed heavily slanted to one type of person.

1) Providing efficient engineering solution to our customers.
2) I learnt my Engineering design and drafting experience like LV/MV Power and Control panel design, Electrical switch gear selections, Electrical equipment sizing like, Transormer, Power supply, Cables..etc

If you are not an engineer, please don't even think of joining the company. Lot of emphasis is given to the technical skills and rightly so since it is a Engineering company at its core.

The company has a strong goal oriented work culture. The employees are very friendly, but can also be very competitive at the same time. The filing and auditing system is a pain sometimes, but the results are amazing.
