it's a consulting company. if you have projects, you are good. You need to get a good a/c manager. then your life is good otherwise, things will go bad and you many not enjoy your job. At the end of the day. it's a consulting company and you need to bring money.

it's a contracting company so need to have projects to be qualified to work on. Great place, great people... excellent benefits. Truly liked it, was only concerned that the project was in trouble.

My first project was very good.

You have less projects and management is lagging in taking proper decision. Should think to grow and expand project. Instead ramming down employees. All the best for the people!

What I learned
I learned how to deal with the Europen and UK Customer. As I was onsite in Europe for 1 year and 4 months in UK. Both the customer was totally new for the organisation as a result we have to complete the project in define deadline.
